I will send you Work in Progress (WIP) shots during the commission process. I will typically send a rough sketch of the drawing and ask you if the poses and expressions are correct before I proceed to finalize it. If you would like to make a change, please do so when I send the rough sketch, and there will not be any additional charges. If you would like something changed and I'm already in the process of finalizing it, then it will result in additional charges. If i messed up on patterns/colors those changes are free!!!Declining Your Order
I have every right to decline your order. I will usually only do this if I feel overwhelmed by the amount of work or if the drawing is way beyond my skill level, or i just don't like you. Some characters won't translate well into my style.Complex Character Designs
There will be additional charges to your commission if I feel they have a very complicated design that will take more time than usual.Turnaround Time
I AM SLOW, while this is my only income currently I also have college and suit commissions. Some commissions may take a day some may take much longer. If you wish to commission you must be patient!! I keep constant communication.
Usage of Commission
All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise stated. If you're planning on using your commission for merchandise or a book you're selling, then please mention it to me, commercial use has a fee. Do not profit from my artwork without consent. You are allowed to upload your commission wherever you want, but please don't claim it as your own artwork. You may NEVER use my art for NFTs or AI art. I will blacklist you if you do.
Privacy
If you would like to keep your commission private then let me know, otherwise I will assume it's okay for me to display the commission on my social media. I will charge a fee for privacy.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
If you change your user without telling me, or if my client uses my art and ends up in drama/makes unsavory posts with it, do not associate me with them because they commissioned me, i am not responsible for others actions.
Fursuit TOS
QUOTES, COMPLETION TIMES, QUEUE, AND SLOTSUpdates and Completion TimeI make these suits all on my own at home. So with this nothing will be speedy as I am beginning college and have a life outside of the work right now! Though throughout the process constant updates will be given.When given a slot, I can possibly give an estimated completion time—this could be a year, or much less. I will try to keep waits at only a few months. I do not work under strict deadlines to lower stress.Slots Openings & the QueueCustomers must get a slot to purchase an item from me. The queue/waitlist is tracked via this Trello. Customers who have completed all payments are prioritized. I reserve the right to order the queue as we see fit.Standard Slot Opening: I will announce slot openings on Twitter and Instagram. Or you may send a dm, I will only be taking about 3 commissions at a time so if there is ever a slot open you have a chance of getting squeezed in! Other than that announcements may be made publicly close to when my queue is empty.Elements of My StyleAll commissions may have these features at base price (if these parts are ordered of course):- TPU printed base- Lined Face (working on learning full lining)- Magnetic or Velcro tongue (does not include a magnetic muzzle attachment for poses, that is additional cost)- A pair of Velcro eyelids if requested- Hidden zipper and adjustable head strap- Accessories (Earrings, Collars, Etc.)Accessories are not included in your default commission, even if they are in your character’s reference sheet. We may offer to make them for you for a price or throw them in for free. Please do not expect that they will be included.Quality DisclaimerI am not capable of symmetry or perfection. My pricing is based on my demand and not our skill level. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me.Expect some imperfections in fur symmetry and gluing. I am constantly working to improve, but I can not guarantee that your suit will not have mistakes. Though sending the head back for fixes is always welcome if something is to fall off like a tooth. Some internal areas on the muzzle may not look professional, but I am slowly improving my work with every project.The client gets one free mending/care/touch-up each year, shipping paid by the client. I am also happy to guide you through fixing complex markings and loose stitching.
Denial of Service and Contract TerminationPeskyFur Studios reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time without reason. I reserve the right to terminate a client's contract if they are found to fall under any of the following criteria:- Customers who attack or belittle me or those close using slurs or foul language.- Customers who are under the age of 18. (I will consider working with full parental permission)- Individuals who support racist or bigoted ideals or those who support harmful paraphilias like zoophilia or pedophilia.- Individuals who are found to be dangerous members of the community due to sex crimes, grooming, or violent actions.If this occurs, the client will be partially refunded, and 30% of the total invoice will be kept for any work started. The suit will be destroyed, and the parts will be repurposed.Fursuit Review / Bad MouthingI understand that critique allows me to improve as a business, but leaving a negative review without allowing me to resolve any issues or publicly slandering my company will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to seek legal compensation.CancellationsAs I am alone running my business, I will not be offering refunds unless I believe I am unable to complete your commission. With this, when these commissions are paid as my main source of income, the funds go towards the materials and my daily living. If a refund is discussed please allow time to give it as this is my fulltime.
PAYMENT & SHIPPINGPayment PoliciesAt the moment I take payment through Zelle. If you wish to use paypal you must pay the fee as well.Payment PlansI understand that fursuits are expensive and do not want you to struggle financially. A 10-20% downpayment must be paid upon accepting your commission (this depends on the specific slot). It is not refundable after you place more than the downpayment. These costs go towards the material costs for your commission.Payment plans fall under pay as you want, so there are NO specific due dates. However, payments must be completed within 12 months unless we agree to something else. All Payment plans using Paypal will incur a 3% charge to offset costs associated with the multiple payments. Customers who have paid off the most will have their suits worked on first. Customers who pay in complete payments faster WILL pass your spot in line.By commissioning us, you agree to:Pay the total price of your item before we ship it.Consent to have your payment progress made public on TrelloIt is unlikely that your items will be worked on before being fully paid off if there are others ahead who have, so do not wait for an update from us before paying. You must pay your suit off within the agreed-upon time to receive the item (extenuating circumstances will be considered).Shipping and ReturnsShipping is not included in the quoted price of an item and the original invoice. Customers will be charged the amount it costs to ship the item and for packing materials.Tracking Information and Missing PackagesOnce your order has been packed and shipped from my home, I will send your tracking information.If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend consulting the official USPS FAQ for missing packages.PeskyFur Studios will not be responsible for any potentially lost or stolen packages involving customs wherein the customer did not provide their full legal name. We kindly ask that you do not withhold any information from us; otherwise, we will not be held responsible for a package not arriving at its destination. We cannot guarantee safe delivery if you do not provide me with your full name—it is a requirement for most customs issues.Insurance is required on all items. The buyer must pay for the insurance, which ranges from $20 to $60. The average US shipping cost for a Partial Suit is $90, including insurance. The average US shipping cost for a full suit is $150, including insurance.Attention International Customers! You will be charged appropriately for a customs fee (upwards of $500-1,000 USD). I must state the total value of your item on the customs form to legally ship it, so it is your responsibility to pay the fee. Do not ask me to claim the value at $0 USD. Please know your country's mailing laws and policies to avoid legal issues. Thank you for understanding, and I will not be offended if you commission another maker due to this.
WARRANTY & SAFETYAllergiesAs the customer, you are responsible for informing PeskyFur Studios of any materials you are allergic to. I use the following materials: EVA Foam, Upholstery foam, lycra/spandex, resin, hot glue, plastics, and faux fur. I have animals in the same building as my workshop (my home).Warranty and CareProducts are guaranteed for 60 business days. If anything breaks during this time, I will pay to have the item shipped back to the studio for repairs. Any damage or repairs are covered under warranty for two years. After the 60 days, the client must pay for shipping. If you need a repair done, even if it does not fall under warranty, please contact us. I may be willing to fix your suit even if you are not eligible for a free repair.PeskyFur Studios is not responsible for any damage the customer does to their suit, including water damage or modification. We ask that clients be gentle washing their feet, paws, or fursuit heads in water to clean them I recommend the green machine for cleaning.Modifying the Fursuit head without permission or selling an item to a third party will void your warranty.Free Yearly Cleaning and RepairsClients may send their items back to PeskyFur Studios once per year for cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups. This expires after three years. If the repair is needed after 60 days of receiving the item, the client must pay for shipping. Repairs do not include sun/friction-damaged fur or damage caused by extreme negligence, natural disasters, or contact with water.I am a sex-positive company. However, for the safety and well-being/comfort of all team members, suits used for sexual acts and adult content may lose their warranty and are not eligible for their yearly cleaning.
MISCELLANEOUSPrivacy PolicyA client’s personal information will only be used to fulfill their orders. Exceptions to this rule include:Reviewing the client’s social media pages to ensure their behavior complies with the law and our terms of service.If the client does a payment plan, their payment status will be listed on Trello as “Not Paid” or “Payment Plan Ongoing.”Intellectual PropertyYou may not deconstruct or replicate any part of a PeskyFur Studio’s fursuit. Refurbs are not currently allowed as the base may not be in good quality after ripping fur off. Remakes are eligible for discounts if you are the client who previously purchased it.Telegram Channel-WORK IN PROGRESS-Please be respectful and avoid inciting arguments, creating drama, using profane or offensive language, or behaving inappropriately toward the staff, customers, and other members.
